What We Believe

These are the beliefs that make us different. These all come from the Bible, which we take as literally as possible and consider to be without error:
  • It is ALWAYS God’s will to heal.
  • People don’t get healed because they are believing some lie that is preventing God’s power from flowing in their lives.
  • God’s grace is for everybody, but it isn’t applied to everybody automatically. People must accept it as a free gift for it to be effective.
  • God does not do miracles arbitrarily. He does miracles through faith. And He works through people.
  • We do not pray for healing because Jesus never prayed for healing. We command symptoms and diseases and they must obey us in the name of Jesus.
  • As born-again Christians, we have the exact same authority as Jesus has.
  • We do not have to get or attain healing from God. God has ALREADY given us healing because of what Jesus did on the cross.
  • God never says, “No,” to His people.
  • We are not made sinners because of the sinful actions that we do. We are made sinners because we inherit a sinful nature when we are born.
  • We are not made righteous because of the good things that we do or the holy lifestyle that we live. We are made righteous by the finished work of Jesus on the cross.
  • No person can go to heaven if they have only been born once. They must be born twice to enter the Kingdom of heaven.
  • When a person becomes a born-again Christian, they become a completely new creation and their sin nature is removed, and replaced by a completely new spirit. They are no longer a sinner, and they are especially no longer a sinnner saved by grace. They are a saint.
  • Every born-again believer desperately needs to be baptized in the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues if they want to live a victorious life.
  • Every born-again Christian already has all of the fruit of the Spirit downloaded into them. They merely need to learn how to use it.
  • The earth is only thousands of years old, not millions. There was no death on the earth until the sin of Adam and Eve.
  • Every Christian is called by God to be a minister. But not every Christian is called to be in a pulpit.
  • God is not mad at anybody.
  • God only gives good gifts, and we do not define sickness or affliction as a good gift.
  • Words have power. And your own words are either bringing life or death to yourself and to all who listen to you.
  • The coming Great Tribulation will be for the culmination of God’s wrath as He finishes redeeming fallen creation from the effects of Adam’s sin. Because the Church is not appointed to wrath, they will be taken away to Jesus in the rapture before the Great Tribulation begins.
